Registration rates

Early bird BY 15 January 2011
Earlybird Academic rates: €300 + 19% VAT = €357.00
Earlybird Industrial: €400 + 19% VAT = €476

Late fees – After 15 January 2011
Late Industrial: €500.00 + 19% VAT = €595.00
Late Academic: €400.00 + 19% VAT = €476.00
Students: €150 + 19% VAT = €178.50

Please note that the student rate only applies to those registered for a higher degree. Please provide a supporting email or letter from your PDF supervisor confirming your student status.

Registration rates include:

• Access to conference and poster sessions
• Abstract CD
• Lunch and refreshment breaks as scheduled in the conference programme

Payment

Registration fees are payable in advance of the conference. All registration fees are subject to VAT at the Netherlands rate of 19%. It is Elsevier’s policy that all bookings should be paid by debit/credit card with immediate payment. Please note that we are unable to issue invoices for registration payment or accept cheques.

Cancellations

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the Conference Secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Conference Secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by Wednesday 9 February 2011, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by Wednesday 23 February 2011, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after Wednesday 23 February 2011, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.

In the unlikely event that Elsevier shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.
